Passive Speaker Systems : Up to 12 years warranty on drivers.
Active Products (with built-in amplifiers): 6 years warranty.
X Audio does not issue paper registrations or warranty cards. All warranty data is recorded via the brand’s official cloud system, and coverage begins from the date of purchase.
In line with our environmental sustainability efforts, no physical warranty documents will be provided. Please retain your digital warranty confirmation and proof of purchase to ensure after-sales support. Without valid documentation, Bosi Audio reserves the right to withhold service.
